Games like Overwatch are treated like sports. The players really care about leaderboards and balance. They need to be on a level playing field. It's the same reason that the PC and console version players are separated.

Gotta go with Volusianus on this. If a competitive game is being balanced for a console that doesn't natively support a mouse/keyboard then why shouldn't the designers be against using the m/k? The same people "hacking" their consoles to use the m/k controls are going to be the first (and loudest) whiners about the game balance. F em.

Not a lot to comment on this go around. Interesting to see the curtain lifted a little and see why the decisions that are being made are made. Not worried about the current requirements..Stardock has proven in the past that they can optimize. Starting off with a "fetch quest"? Gotta start with something to get the game rolling. SC2 started with "blow up that thing then go fetch". I don't see a problem. Looking forward to a possible, maybe there&#3

I'm actually kind of with IBN regarding Planetary Exploration. I really dislike the direction it's going with the Super Mario Galaxy feeling. The things that are being done have a feeling of change for the sake of change (and Brad's words back that up a little tbh). I'll be skipping as much PE as possible based on what we have seen so far. Just checked and confirmed no Dec 2015 folder. If anything is posted (which I doubt) it will be Dec 31 or Jan 3. December is a total wash in a lot of places. Stat days off, and a rush to empty your vacation bank before the end of the year (I still have 14 unused days so HR is going to be pissy) means not a lot getting done.
