I see opportunity of Director Cut version of the game, if you have plan to port game to some other platform. Then instead of just porting and adding new controls/UI specific to platform, you actually expand on what was in the game, and port those "expansions" back to PC version. Divinity: Original Sin games are great example of this.

Liking the current plan, as well as knowing up front what is part of the pass. Not liking the term "season pass" but I guess it is industry standard now. Personally, this looks to me more like "episodic expansion".

The Phinty music sounds very Meat Boyish (like Danny Baranowsky work). And that's not a bad thing, at all. In fact, I love it how good it was made.

I thought it would be funny if something similar happened when Scryve captains assaulted the player. "Attention inferior lifeform. I would love having alternate mode, when original story campaign is played in radomized universe (same quests, but locations of races and events are randomized). Have it unlocking after finishing normal campaign once. Or at least have a mechanism to create mod of original campaign in this way.

Interesting compassion to Mako, and how it related to SC2. . But you know here Mass Effect 1 Mako worked best? In scripted main story missions. There is functioned really well, as an integral part of those missions and 3rd person shooting in between. It was the weakest during generic planet exploration. . Andromeda "Mako" is totally different beast. While not as bad as Mako on generic planets in ME1, it was essentially "a horse" for the open world game.

Anyway, I'm still disappointed that random map option was not explored more. Would add to replayability by making each sure that each playthrough of original campaign has exploration element, and not just the first one. And relying on mods is unpredictable. You could get great situation like original NWN community, with lots of published player made content. Or Dragon Age situation with barely any mods, etc... Still, would love if there are tools for mods where you could set u

1) Not big fan of Jeff redesign. Probably because old design was "too cool"? 2) I really think that Mowling "lightsaber" attack needs to have more impact. I was expecting that slicing through the enemies can do some significant damage. Instead, it barely scratches the enemies. Please, code in so that "slicing" (rotating through the enemies with the beam) does extra damage. You can keep just pointing to the enemies to do lower damage as it is now.

Trandal is pretty much SCO version of Arilou. Great if you are good player against many other ships. Poor if you are not a good player. I especially like ability to "slingshot" the bolas, by firing them doing the boost, to increase their range.

I do not mind having difficulties with damage bonuses. But one of the difficulties should be fair damage and best possible AI reaction time . Essentially, the equivalent of highest difficulty in SC2. Not have that AI locked together with "cheating" difficulty. So, it could look something like this. 1 - Bad AI, damage penalty (for beginners) - damage penalty is better approach then SC2 mode which locked secondary weapon for AI 2 - Better AI, fair damage

We could have different score point limits, but I guess it will be troublesome for matchmaking (one more variable to divide the players). Still, super fine for SP gameplay and testing. I would even be fine for debug mode button for the founders branch to change the limit. :D Also, we could have something simple like "test of skills" mode, where each player has single instance of every ship. There could also be variants, like "mirror mode", where opponent

This thing really bothers me. And that is inability to make fleet with all ships in it. Being able to fit all ships in single group was a great resource for me to learn to play all ships, which is now pretty broken, IMHO. Now I need to split that to two lists and figure out what would AI have as ships also. Pretty big chore. It's a way to early to pick "favorites" and specialize in specific ships. There is a lot of balancing passes for game to have, and now I think I w

The great thing about stylized art style is that is ages slowly. Anything resembling realistic art style will look obsolete in 5-10 years.
It also just occurred to me that a ship like the Druuge simply cannot work in the new bounded arena format. One shot from that ship sent you rocketing off in the other direction with a very slow turn; you would be unable to avoid the edge and would simply die after one shot.
This is good point. These kind of changes to battle system may make it impossible to recreate some old ships, without making them super bad.

^Please fix Trickster sound effect. It is really annoying, overpowering any other sound in the video. Also, AI doesn't seem to handle border barriers well at all. Planet gravity is problem for them too.

With current leashing system, there is annoying tendency for several fast ships to stay outside of range in order to power up. Tywon to regenerate drones. Mowling to summon Jeff. That will not be fun in MP. So whatever solution is used, it needs to break these tactics.
