Unless they live in a bubble, they know. My husband's job will likely be affected, one way or another, with the cut backs. And my heart breaks for some of the smaller local businesses who are going to go bankrupt because several of the projects they support are killed. Right now everyone is maneuvering, trying to NOT be on that list of cuts.
