I'm sorry to read about your MIL's passing. Lung cancer is a beast. My Aunt was diagnosed with it in both lungs...she lived 5 years on chemo...but the SE from chemo killed her. Seems it's either cancer or the cure that gets you. The only thing we can do is pick which we can live, or er, die with. My best to your w

I haven't really thought about it like that. But you're right. Why not give a full disclosure if the resignation is about adultry and the Libya thing was all good.
While much of that might be true, In looking at the results, Mitt Romney caused at least 3 million Republicans who voted for Palin and McCain to sit the election out. Old man McCain actually motivated more Mormons to vote for him than Romney could... and Romney is a Mormon. So shame of those conservatives for voting for Obama by virtue of staying home.
Veteran's Day is here tomorrow. </span
The most transparent administration in history failed to disclose the Iranian drone attack, Petraeus' planned departure (they knew before the election), not to mention the truth about Benghazi. Including the 'hot mic' disclosure about BO's plan to be 'more flexible' after his election, there is as clear a pattern of opacity and deceit with Obama as could ever be imagined. Far worse than Nixon. He's fundamentally dishonest,
They were also absolutely convinced that had Romney won, Republicans would have shut down Planned Parenthood, not just withheld tax dollars from it. We have to have free birth control to keep 13 year old Philly ghetto girls from getting pregnant. Failing that, we have to have taxpayer funded abortions to keep them from adding to the welfare rolls. This apparently is their idea of compassion.
Gah.

Hey Terp! I totally agree with the business owner. He has every right to reduce his employees to reign in costs. How does he know who voted which way? Most of the Obama-bots in my life are PROUD of the fact they voted for BO. I can't imagine it is much different anywhere else. As for letting employees go

If I believed it would actually make a difference...I'd say Thelma & Louise it up! But honestly? I think this country is too far gone. The takers will continue to elect people who will do everything to make sure they have something to take. Everything else will suffer BEFORE entitlements. Because that is what half of this country has decreed.<
