This is a GalCiv IV After Action Report (AAR). The goal here is to play the game thoroughly and then share thoughts on what things we can make better, what AI changes we might want to do and share with players some insider knowledge on how we go about iterating on gameplay. Part 1: The Setup For this I'm going to create my own civilization. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/0/0/1/d01b8a63-9b56-4806-8c24-8a6a162cb7a8.png" width="512" height

I thought I was answering a lot of them. We do have people who summarize what's been said and it ends up as a Jira task to implement. Unless it's from that Werewolf guy of course. Screw that guy! ;)
The permanent production items such as economic stimulus no longer show up in the queue regardless of the race I play. I am playing a vanilla game, no DLCs. I just finished a game with no issues so if Steam pushed an update I don't know. The version is 4.5 I have a debug file but it is very big and there is no way to post it as an attachment.
Is this new in 4.5? And by no DLCs or expansions, you don't have Crusade?

There is no “AI look”. It can be as mundane or bizarre as the user makes it. It is still limited based in the user’s direction. For me, it’s a lot like when I give direction to our human AI team to create things.
