perhaps just extract the .zip? may be it CONTAINS the .bootskin file (would be crazy but possible)

best rogramm to reduce colours is paint shop pro 7. sound strange but really works great (and much better than the tool included in skinstudio)

may be, but (just as an example) im 16 and don't get as much money as an adult. in order to have full access i have to buy OD for 49,95$ and subscribe to winc for 20$ for two years????? i'll be forced to, because of the evaluation tim of wb (2 month)... great! on the other hand its just a great idea, and so i'll pay.
