What happened to the suicidal difficulty? I remember early on seeing it, now mine only goes up to maso.

I had the same the problem at first, the first few games I submitted never showed up.

But what's it do?

massive scale building in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I see it on the tech tree, but can never develop it before someone else builds it. It says its much bigger than the terror star, its a social project. The description says something about rotating it around your planet. I think it came with some big Galciv patch. Anyone know what the deal with it is? I can't find any info about it on the internet. any idea?
