i tried re-installing windowsblinds and it still says the same thing when i try to dl a blind

with the windowsblinds i download the file..then when it's done dowloading it says taht windows XP has a problem and it asks if i want to send a message to the company and blah blah..then i check at appearence for the differn't blind..and it's not there

how do i download a theme to my computer? i have xp professional and i try to download it but i can't seem to get it to be my theme please help
