Windows Blinds 4.1 i cant get it to work when i dl a skin and go to appearances and do all the shit and click on wind blinds it says i must have a window blinds skin selected first HELP

i cant get window blinds 4.1 to work i installed it and every time to go to appearances and add a skin and click window blinds it says u must be using window blinds skins first i donet know what to do
