So for fun, I tried playing a default Terran Alliance no changes. Every thing seemed ok!?! I rebooted and tried default Terrans again and still ok. Then I tried a custom civ and the issue with text and ship icons came back. So at this point the issue seems related to using a custom civ. Hi, This feature seems to have been retrofitted into my existing custom civs after upgrade. I ended up removing all of them. I want to build a custom civ of humans with industry and such like the Terrans. I tried using the Terrans as a template/copy and also just starting a custom civ, but I keep getting some nurture den and such as starting buildings. Is there something I should be doing to ensure I get the Terran building set with my custom civ?
It looks like treasure hunting rewards have been reduced, but getting 9 credits seems a little low.
I used the missions a lot in GC3, but I have only sent out 3 or 4 missions in over 500 hours of play in GC4SN. I found attaining and keeping #1 status in miliary rank stops a lot of AI aggression towards my civ, but keeps my yards busy building ships. If someone has tips on how to use missions effectively in the current form please let me

Hi, Anyone running GC4SN on an ASUS TUF Gaming F15, Gaming Laptop? If so how is it doing on the larger maps and civ settings? I was looking at this with an upgrade to 32 GB RAM, and a large monitor. My current Vega 3 GPU slows to a crawl after ~100 turns on larger maps.
building icons are missing.
This bug has been around for a long time now. People images also only show up when they want on this screen :). Now I think of it as a mini game of hide and seek, I know the population is there, but are they a farmer or worker, etc....

Yes, I'd like to be able to view the report once and click a box in the report to dismiss it from the map, if we are talking about the ! diamond shown in the screen capture below.

Very similar to how it would have worked with an addon
I am not sure how others feel, but I felt GC4 was an unfinished game that had support pulled from it before it was 'done'. In a nutshell it feels like GC4 was abandoned. You should not need to pay to continue getting support

Will there be hosted gaming rooms, with perhaps posted gathering times for longer adhoc games? Blizzard had a great working model for ~20-60 minute games at one time. A dueling room might generate interest and spawn groups that get together for longer games.
