For the love of God, I too have had a problem getting posted... I've won some good scores (one recently was over 1000, which made me happy, but no! I hit submit, never expecting it to fail, but sure enough - it never made it. WORSE... I upgraded to the newer release, and lo and behold, the old game would not reload where I could re-end my game and get that score re-submitted. So I lost an excellent opportunity! If you can resolve this, please let me know!!!

Man, that's great! I've been playing this game and each time, I think of Ceti Alpha 5... don't ask why, I have no idea, but I love that line! As a point: there are other "easter eggs". The League of Non-Aligned Worlds is Babylon 5. Reruns of Deep Space Nine... well, speak for itself, and the book that says the answer to life, the universe and everything was 42 is a reference to Douglas Adams' Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy (and series). BLOODY HELL!!! SETI@HOME stops it sending?!?!?!?! MAN, that annoys me. I had an AWESOME Score the other day (for me, anyway, anything over 1000 makes me happy) and I noticed it didn't send. The next day, I patched to 1.02, and now cannot even reload that saved game!! >:( I will now UNINSTALL seti@home and resend last nights game at least!! Thanks for the heads up!!

I would agree with that if they over-wrote any of the files, but I only install the new events; nothing that would cause the thing to crash... I could see for that first event, maybe that one has to come out, but they have no effect on the United Planets meetings. Something with the update nailed my game and there is no way that I can see to uninstall the update!!

I just installed the latest patch having completed my best game yet. I wanted to go back and try something on my previously saved game, but could not. When I finally gave up, I started a new game. My first hint at something wrong came in the form of an event - no image, and no words came up. I had no idea what I was agreeing too, but wrote that off as an error with one of the downloaded events I have. But when I was informed that the UP was going to meet next month, that was my REAL clue.
