I think you still can tweak around those settings on lower right corners of Style tab,it may turn out the way you want. Yet,should you want specific areas to be colourized,you will need SkinStudio which would be a learning curve.

I don't think the older version of WB(under/included v.4 which probably the last version supports XP) is available for download/purchase. PS,I have old versions copy though (3.51-5).
