I mostly altered fonts's size with text editor since I am too lazy to look around with SkinStudio. Of course,there is trial and error since I blindly done that without knowing proper area to change. Therefore there is an instance that one skin of menu became very bulky to read. But from I understand that's exactly what you need.

There is an alternative solution is that you altered specific skin font size to suit your need. This is doable by editing each skin file (.uis and .sss),then reapplied. In this way you not change font size in all system,but specific areas and skins.

You could just choose regular wallpaper from yours stopping Deskscapes to run on startup,but this is my past experience with older version. However,even though you done that, Deskscapes' service is running on the background.

Animated titlebar is still work,not sure about starmenu since I don't have Stardock Start11 installed. As basj said, right click and taskbar are not skinnable,either. However,with Stardock Start11 installed,Starmenu and taskbar should be able to be skinned.

Windowsblinds 3.51 is the last and better run on Win98s. Version 4.2 is too much for Win98 system,IMHO.

Exactly. With Windows 10 and 11 continuously upgraded,it's hard for Windowblinds keep the pace. Not to mention some of software did not follow the conventional way,like having its own theme is making harder WB to "skin".
