The truth is that there are tons of apps catering to cellphone wallpapers already. Those apps updated their galleries monthly if not daily. Having a cellphone wallpapers section in here cannot compete with that.
I have noticed of WB was at the final version V.3 because the Aquarium skin by Alexandrie. At first,the font issue I wasn't aware of how to fixing it then figured out later,since then I have hooked up this software.

I haven't played with Xion awhile,but the visualizer should has the same concept with Rainmeter's one. I would say based on what you have described,you may need to volume up in your speaker to make bars visible which sometimes users would volume down due to others' application is way too loud.

Make sure your javascript enable or not being disable by any adblock extension.
Right-clicked app's icon (upper left corner),make sure the "Pin on top" is not selected.

fastroll, If you cannot find the GUI language option in DeskScapes 10,then it was not support that,hence there is no such file.
I think DeskScapes 8 does support multi-languages,not sure about DeskScapes 10 though.

Just go to c:\\Program files\ObjectDock saving all of folders/.ini files.
