Greetings all! Proud to be joining the Stardock team, and expect to work on a lot of great projects here in the future. There's been some assumptions here about what my joining Stardock will mean for the games the studio will be putting out from now on. Fear not all - they'll be clearly recognizable as Stardock games. One thing that I will say though, is that Stardock's games are awfully complex, and probably need to be streamli

Still, you did a very nice job with that, I'm impressed[e digicons][/e]
I had SupCom2 uninstalled for the last couple months. I just never played it. The other day I found out about the DLC, and it was on sale for $2.50 so I decided to go for it. The DLC and the last couple patchs since I last played it help the game a lot, although the first is still without a doubt a better game. Personally I don't mind the new art style all that much. No, it's not as impressive as the first, but if it allows me to huge battles on giant maps without too much of a hit on
irst the weird Thunder Blizzard In New York, (yes, there were reports of thunder and lighting)
To be fair, thundersnow isn't unheard of. We get it in Colorado every now and then, although it is a lot less common than lightning in a rainstorm.
Now obviously the Mac has the advantage that the hardware and OS are made by the same company.
I've often wondered why Microsoft doesn't make their own PCs. Maybe they don't want to piss off Dell, HP, Asus, etc, or maybe they're afraid of more anti-trust lawsuits or something, I don't know, but it seems like it would be natural for them. They've already tried phones, MP3 players, and game consoles, which, to me anyway, seem more out of their comfort zone. They have
Just out of curiosity, how much snow did you end up getting? From your pics it looks like 10-12 inches average maybe? I'm from Colorado where we're pretty used to lots of snow, although this winter we've had surprisingly little. It wasn't until December 30th that we got any significant amount. 3-4 inches, which really isn't that much but up until then we've maybe had 2 inches total. It was the first year in at least 10+ where we didn't get snow on Holloween. A couple years ago we got 3 f
Hm, some of mine will be similar to yours. In no particular order: 1. College - Of everything on my list, I'd say this is by far the most important. There's DLC for SupCom2? Oh hey, according to the interwebs it finally brings back the Monkeylord! Sorry though, I can't really help with your problem. Your best hope is probably to contact support and pray that they're actually helpful.
Here is a little follow up on this post. I still believe that Stardock should start investing time and effort to support Mac and Linux. In an interesting blog post Jacob Barkdull shows that Linux users were willing to pay up to 107% more on average than Windows users for the pay-whatever-you-want Humble Bundle #2. I must say that I was part of them.
But are there enough Linux users willing to

If you haven't seen October Sky, you should do so right now because it
Just a heads up; a release before Xmas is looking unlikely. Not impossible, but not probable either.
Quoting aeligos, reply 22 I'm with Stardock all the way. Steam makes its money by selling other people's products...that's no fun. So they can take their 3 dollar outdated games and shove it. Stardock on the other hand produces great software and games. Sure........ and all those game developers are doing what at Valve? Flipping hamburgers for Gabe? /sarca
It's leftover from pre-beta Diplomacy. If you look, you should find similar entries for a Vasari and a TEC destoyer. Apparently they were considering giving each faction a new Destoyer-class capital ship in Diplomacy, but scrapped them for reasons unknown. Obviously, the string entries for them were never removed.
One of the problems with that is, we don't actually know exactly how life originally came to be. The evidence of which is that we cannot take non-living matter and cause it to become a living entity. And so that remains an unproven theory.
Not entirely true. There have been experiments that replicated the conditions of early Earth. Most of the amino acids required for life can occur naturally in said conditions. Other experiments have shown that in the same conditions m

That would take more than one player to control everything, if you have land and spaced based combat. I am intrigued however as to what exactly you had in mind with
