I have a fresh install of Windows 10 and a fresh install of Object Dock. It works fine until the animation locks. I have it set to "Zoom Effect". What happens is that at some point it will zoom on an icon, then just lock there. I can click on and open anything, but the zoom effect is gone. It also stops auto-hiding when this happens. I can restart it and it will be fixed for a while.

Thanks. That does what I need. I don't really care about the computer ::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D} , I just copied that because I thought there was something magic about it from Rocket Dock. THe imporant thing was to be able to have multiple explorer windows open. And another program I use all the time with multiple instances. Thanks

I just switched from Rocket Dock and it had a built in icon to the Windows Explorer that opened a new Explorer every time I clicked on it. I looked a the link and in OD, it is: C:\Windows\explorer.exe, in Rocket Dock, the link is something weird: ::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D} I made an icon to: ::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D} and it opens explorer with the tile bar saying "Computer", but it won't open multiples. How

Well... At least I don't feel alone. :( LOL I have had problems with SysWOW64\ntdll.dll on another machine with another 32 bit program. I have fought with it for a year and have never resolved it. Getting where I hate 32 bit programs. 64 bit has been common for a decade. Time to recode.

Today, I installed ObjectDock Free to evaluate. Worked well on one computer. Another computer it seems to work, but when I change and settings and save, I get a crash. The event log generates this error: Faulting application name: ObjectDock.exe, version: 1.99.0.742, time stamp: 0x4cacdb41 Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 6.1.7601.19045, time stamp: 0x56258e62 Exception code: 0xc0000374 Fault offset: 0x000ced0b Faulting process id: 0xb70 Faulting

OK, playing with the settings, I fixed it, but it isn't intutive. Under the three z-order options, there is a checkbox that says "Use mouse activation" It was checked, but greyed out and I couldn't uncheck it. I had to change the z-order to always on bottom, then I could uncheck the box, then change the x-order back. Now it works fine. Thanks, Kirk

I have the Z-Ordering set to "Always on Top" and the Autohide selected. If I have a window near the ObjectDock, it opens under the nearby window, not on top of it like it is supposed to do. Works good on my new SLI graphics computer, but has the unexpected behaviour on the older Matrox G-450 graphics card computer. Thanks, kirk

The Photoshop ripple flicker that was happening with the Argos Skin doesn't happen with any of the other skins that I have tried. Running Cyberskin right now and no weird behaviours except for the window resize. With that skin it is VERY pronounced. When you open a file, then minimize its' window, it stacks the minimized window icons on top of each other and pulls the bottom of the window up each time to the bottom of the most recently minimized icon. Actually, it pulls up the bottom o

I am not going to exclude one of the programs that I use all the time from the skinned programs. That seems silly. To exclude an obscure program that you don't have to look at all the time is one thing, but a major productivity program is not. If the skin needs to work system-wide, or it is a step back from Windows NT classic mode, which does work system-wide. I am going to try another skin, I just feel like I wasted money on an otherwise very nice skin because it fails to wor

I am having a problem with the Argos skin. With InDesign CS2, the font previews are not visible except when they are active. Normally, you can see all previews of all the fonts in the drop down list. Also, all of the Palette captions look active or greyed out. All the inactive ones are impossible to see because they have a very light yellow font on a neutral grey background. At my screen resolution 1200x1600, there is not enough contrast to read them. I know mostly which palettes are w

I can verify that the Photoshop window keeps getting smaller and smaller as you open new documents. I never noticed it before because I use Photoshop with it rolled all the way up to the top and leave the documents as windows on the desktop. CS2 only requires that documents be in the Photoshop window if it is maximized or minimized, otherwise you can drag it anywhere you wish. The thing that I really dislike is that with several photo windows open on the desktop, every time I d
