Object Dock Animations Locked

I have a fresh install of Windows 10 and a fresh install of Object Dock. It works fine until the animation locks. I have it set to "Zoom Effect". What happens is that at some point it will zoom on an icon, then just lock there. I can click on and open anything, but the zoom effect is gone. It also stops auto-hiding when this happens.

I can restart it and it will be fixed for a while.
