I would go with the season pass route and the traditional Stardock expansions purchased separate. Why did I say traditional Stardock expansion? The answer is I know there will be a few like that and they have "more meat" than other game's expansions (and would probably be priced as much as this pass). That season pass is priced just right in my opinion-$20 gets you $30 worth of DLC-savings of a third. Saying the names of the DLC you'll get is great too. I would p

just took off from triton after completing the quest to hand everything over to wymdoo. Had everything onboard before meeting up with him. Game crash when scryve ship encountered mine. Also, after getting the thrusters for 1,000 RU, it doesn't do anything like it did in the past-I can't get outta the river in many cases on triton let alone jump high into the air-something seems off about it.
actually, I wonder... if frogboy has the Avengers on blu-ray, there's an alternate opening scene. Maybe incorporate that kinda thing with interviews with some of the aliens that take place post final battle (maybe ending each 1 if more than 1 with "here's how I met the humans") but are placed at the start that have no spoilers in them.
hmmmmmmm lesse what talks in this house: I have a alexia speaker, there's a fire HD 10 tablet used for reading, a roku, smartphones for work/personal, and dumb TV's all around. I have siri off (rep at the store turned siri off on my phone when I got it), alexia speaker is muted and can be unplugged easily. My PC has cortana disabled so I dunno if that counts (all privacy settings to transmit data are off save OS crash reports. Skype is set to allow mic access as family uses
lesse: I've got about 9-10 more payments before I trade in my iphone 7+ with a price of $869 pre tax for the 128 GB model so earliest I can replace it September 20th (6 days before I replaced my old phone due to lease expiring; would be replacing for the same reason). I will NOT buy the X because 64 GB is too small for me, $1069 for the model is TOO MUCH, and I'd be looking at the 256 GB model @ over $1100 USD pretax (64 GB is with tax included). I'll be keeping an eye on the new
I'd suggest this for use with custom ships: Seperation seperates your ship into 2 where one part moves to escape the map. Can not be targeted by guided missiles but can be shot by projectiles. Anything gets close, it fires a weak weapon at it. The other half is actively controlled. Can only be used once and halves crew/max battery when used. Ideally, to go with this, there could be an animation of parts decoupling in which case crew suffers increa
I wish we could change the conditions of the test too. This is looking like a no-win situation all around-doubly so with them probably sending a C&D letter to GOG because that forces you to protect your IP. I would say, rather than take this all in front of a judge, try to get arbitration so it can be worked out, only resorting to going to court AFTER that fails. You have 4 years of development done and a product you are selling. They have what? 2 months of w
kamamura: your Stardock games are available direct from stardock.com . Just login and download them. I also lost SOTS and other games from there but have the 1 I can't find anywhere installed on my PC (and still working). I re-bought what wasn't redeemed on GOG and forgot what else I got from them.
whatever you do, you're going to need to get a new motherboard which will cost some bucks. I would recommend staying intel. For high settings in witcher 3, you want better than a GTX 970 (that nvidia hairworks drops it to below 60 fps). If you want to break-the-bank bad graphics upgrade (and guarantee oldrim will run at max settings), you need a 1080 ti. The card WILL set you back almost $800 depending on where you buy it from and what manufacturer, over half your budg
does it work with the GOG build? If the answer is yes, then the answer for Steam is yes.
you and I and a whole LOT of other lifetime founders missed name a star (that closed before the founders campaign re-opened). There was a phase 1 for founders that was for those that knew the lore in-and-out which was limited to 500 copies. ATM by upgrading? you missed nothing. In the future you will be thankful for upgrading. I don't think the first 2 games are getting released seperately for founders. I think they will be the focus of eternal &
Something occurred to me. You are planning on selling Star Control 1/2 under the name Star Control: The Ur-Quan Masters, this might cause confusion and people would assume it is the fan made remake. I propose the name be changed to something like Star Control: The Ur-Quan Chronicles or Star Control: Famous Battles of the Ur-Quan Conflict, as a homage to Star Control 1's title. If it is not too late to do this. [/quote
can we say that the price will be lower AND that your DLC plans will rely on feedback from everybody once it exits EA? I mean I probably could say that based on gal civ III, you probably will be asking for feedback from everybody regarding what DLC to make. Price is a sticking point with someone I want to talk to and have given as much info as I could without breaking NDA. Do you have the source code for the voiced copies of Star Control II? I mean when people think of
yesterday, frogboy showed off a little bit of Star Control: Origins on the stream on Steam. What did he show? SUPER MELEE. It was a short display (maybe 5 minutes) but he showed the game off on a live stream.
here's a suggestion for the 25th anniversary that I am unsure of it actually being doable: for the day, on any platform it is sold on (or maybe just GOG), the first two games in the series go FREE for a full 24 hours. Might generate interest and sales if you mention Origins in with it
I suggested something like this in feedback along with accuracy for a missile (basically a damage modifier), ECM (nullified EECM up to its value), and EECM. base missile damage of now with missile accuracy of 1. ECM value of .5 Opposing ship has a EECM value of .75. ECM nullifies all but .25 of the EECM. Resultant damage based on 13 damage is 9.75. Got shot down for being too complex and straying from the Star Control formula. However, it could be app
why not have room for both? custom ships that can use stock with modded values and a rules mode that allows for ONLY un-modded, stock ships and values for said ships. modded values must be on both clients and match value for value or defaults will be used instead. custom ships must match data on both sides or workshop defaults are used for ships on the workshop for lack of a more solid location to check data. Imbalances between custom ships is to be expected (hey what
I am interestered IF for existing customers who paid cash, can get "discount on DLC or EXPANSION for another product". I own stardock's game library on their site so the only thing that would inspire me to refer would bea stacking bonus, up to 20%, useable as a Steam coupon for the OTC expansion (in my case; also must stack with the complete bundle discount on Steam). I also agree-the game as it stands is a hard sell to friends and an incentive would go a long way to getting others in
Mike: for the answer to the 64-but question, look at gal civ III. Same for multiple cpu cores. As for workshop, I would imagine there will be looking at gal civ III
it'd be quite the challenge to re-create the Enterprise, model and all (on that note, which version; NCC-1701 pre-refit, refit, 1701-A, 1701-B, 1701-C, 1701-D (D would be the most interestering with the two sections being the same ship but being able to separate and fight), or 1701-E
here's my specs: Intel Core i7-5930K CPU - Six Cores, 3.5GHz, Unlocked, 15MB Cache, 4 Channels DDR4, 140W, Socket 2011-v3 ASUS X99-DELUXE/U3.1 LGA 2011-v3 <span
I'd like to point something out on this topic that's a double-edged sword. Allow us to "tweak" values in any direction (ship speed, HP, weapon damage, etc) and use models from oh I dunno, gal civ III workshop to import for testing to give an idea. the workshop items are placeholders for custom stuff to be used in modding and value changes can be used to see if some stock stuff works better with different values. For support with these changes, the workshop models wou
just sent contact request. I don't know if it's because I spent money adding skype credit or not but I have never been hit with an ad in skype. I am also on windows 10.

I can play the game as-is and have PLENTY of RAM set aside. If I had the cash, I could actually double the RAM I have. It looks like once Crusade finishes, we'll probably have a confirmed ETA on alpha 1, limited as it will be.
I'm probably closer to a 3-2, but that's also because I'd like to know, for example, if the game will run better on a CPU with multithreaded cores, or if I'll need to clock my RAM up for some ungodly reason.
I have to agree on the requirement part. I'd like to know if a 6-core CPU with hyper threading is going to have better performance than a 4-core with hyper threading. I also would li
