Congratulations JJ..Great work. Well deserved.

nvm... I'll censor myself. Why? FTW, your Alysseum skin is still one of the best I've ever used. Honestly. Other than the Windows theme for the start button, it was very original. Too bad you released it back then and not now. I just don't see G-POD as being as original as it could have been. <TABLE cellpadding=8 width="95%" align=c
Yeah....that's my problem!! Only one desktop I use the most often, and so many kickass themes to choose from. Looks like I'll be rotating them out more often... Good Luck everyone...to me, though..there isn't just one winner.
Agreed. Anyone who has IconPackager should have all these as part of their collection. Fantastic work.
I'll bite my lip on this one... However....Congrats to the winners.
Congrats!! Eminence has now become the most used theme I have, and along with the other great artists which themes we've all come to use..this one definitely stands out as a 'one of a kind'. I remember you stating "just wait for Eminence 2", well bud...you've certainly put yourself up to the task of raising the bar!! Either way, this theme is an excellent addition to my desktop. Again, Congratulations and well done!
For some time now, and for some reason, certain themes seem to suffer from the same parse error when opening the Control Panel in Category view. Sometimes the CP can't even be opened at all if Category view was used in a previous theme. This seems to effect "Vista" rendered themes more than any other for some reason. Metal Vista 2.0, Aurora, Vista Aurora and a few others...at least for me. However, I did stumble across something I'd lik
Do you have to pay another $20 for this updated v.5, or can I just download it and use my previous activation code? After downloading the new build, it installed right over the top of the old one, and didn't require the different activation key that came with it.
I actually read there are some problems with doing this because the fan drivers are not loaded by windows which will keep the system fans from operating There are no such things as system fan drivers for desktop PCs. The system fans get their power directly from the motherboard, and are monitored by
If you take Looking Glass for instance, the 3D desktop environment for Linux, it's built completely on Java...and from what I've heard, you can now run it in Windows as well. There's also another that runs your desktop in a complete 3D sphere environment (forget the name of it at the moment). Which leads me to believe, if the programmers really wanted to stretch their wings, they don't have to rely on the core of the OS to provide the tools. If memo
Just stating simple facts, Venom. Microsoft likes to call it's new ideas "features" in it's upcoming products, that other people have already been using. I think they like to do that, because we've already purchased that software from other vendors, loved using it..and it's MS's way of trying to take that back. IMHO, folks like Stardock just do a much better job at coding the software, more reliable, better support contacts...and if the software die
We had this feature in before Windows Vista added it. Don't feel bad about that at all. Microsoft is notorious for adding "new" features to it's software that have already been implemented in other operating systems, office software, browsers....you name it. 3D desktops have been around fo
We needed 2,000 people MINIMUM to even get that started. Would equate to roughly $40,000.00. Which is what a lot of people don't see...the larger an online community grows, the larger it's support efforts must be. If WC's "goal" is to become an independent entity, as Frogboy states, that
Thanks Cavan.
Ya know, for the life of me, I cannot remember where we got TransDeck icon pack, I think it came with IP3 when we bought it. However, the rest of the theme suite can be found when you search for Transilvania in the WindowBlinds section, click on treetogs name, go to his home page, click on the gallery tab. They start from page 3.
Nevermind, I found it. Didn't know it was used as part of the Transilvania theme!
I have searched for the theme TransDeck here, by title, Pixtudio....in all categories, but cannot find it. I couldn't find it at the Pixtudio website either. The icon pack is in IconPackager, but I wanted to know if there is more to this theme, and where I can get it. We are discussing themes at another site, and CopperDeck was shown, and I am trying to get them to look at TransDeck...which is hard to do when I cannot locate it.
Anyone out there got a really good tutorial for a newb who wants to learn how to create skins for SysMetrix? Thanks!
I am already a subscriber to MaxPC, and my wife has a Stardock acct.
Page 41, March 2006 issue. Gives a good (quick)review of the program (being their favorite), as well as some of the themes found on Wincustomize.
Excellent. Good job.

Thanks. The funny thing about that is, is that he uses xBladex, or xlBladexl as online gaming names...and I just happened to see that case in a store. As far as Jessica Alba goes...well, I did all the research on those pics!! Since those pics were taken, we have replaced the speakers you see there, with Creative's 2:1 330 speakers on both
Yes they would. This would leave the sales open to others, instead of just the extremely minute few who want a themed computer. Personally, I would love to have the Star Wars Alienware case....but not what's inside. That's my territory!!! I don't want pre-chosen components when I am spending $3,000 on a system. OEM parts are bad enough dealing with cu
I was thinking about what "indefinite hiatus" would really mean. I know it's not for the inexpensive Mickey Mouse computer already out on the market, so maybe Disney is working with another company like Alienware to introduce another Disney themed machine for it's release. Who knows but TSF. For me, I surely hope not. I realize that getting a themed machine entitles you to rare, non-public releases of themes, but IMHO, for a decent price
