I have same problem with Vista, SP2 installed. It's been that way for months, making IE9 very difficult to use. Very kind of Lightstar to go after this when he does not use IE9 himself.

My next idea involves a shim and some duct tape, and that sounds like it might not be helpful.
With my Win7 setup, it appears that opening on the right or left is determined if you are on the left 50% of the screen, or the right 50% of the screen. If my initial right-click is on the left 50% of the screen, the sub-menu appears on the right. And the reverse applies.
From my perspective......... Some of the themes, for example Koi, do not yet appear in my Stardock inventory of purchases as themes, only MyColor suites. That means I would have to retain MyColors to install Koi, despite the fact it appears as a theme. I have twice written Stardock via email for clarification of why Koi is a theme yet does not appear in my store inventory as a theme, and I have twice had no response. I no longer use Stardock themes
Thanks for the updates you are doing, much appreciated.
Congrats on "hanging in there".
I believe that many "memory cannot be written" problems relate to [Windows] Data Execution Prevention events. I have bracketed "Windows" because the same technology exists in other operating systems. I am not an expert by any means but there are plenty of articles available that might be able to steer you in the right direction. Apparently what you would think might be a RAM or drive error, often relates to this. It can be disabled to see if that changes anything.
Absolutely Doc, thus the "thanks".
The software must be registered and activated within the 8 hour giveaway time limit. [e digicons]:time:[/e] From the ReadMe: "You have to install and activate it before the Giveaway offer for the software is over on 18th Feb, 2011."
Great, thanks for the head's up. [e digicons]:star:[/e] The download button is not the big red one that says DOWNLOAD NOW, it is about 2 inches below that one!
Yeah, I found some bits of the Pirate Suite on DA yesterday too, and left an appropriate comment.
Well, it is 60 minutes south of Winnipeg, or only 412 minutes east of Regina! And you can drop by Montreal in only 1560 minutes. [e digicons]8C[/e]
Hyperdesk Theme "Flagship" with Impulse Dock (opacity tweaked) and Svelte cursor (recolored).
PM sent with thanks.
Thanks very much; much appreciated.
I would appreciate some assistance of anyone is able to help me out. I installed Impulse Dock yesterday. After a reboot, the dock turned bright electric blue. The original PNG's in the Impulse Folder are still their generic semi-transparant mud color. I thought the dock was picking up some color from a skin so I completely unloaded and uninstalled Windowblinds, changed background to a solid brown color (instead of a wallpaper, and the dock is still bright
I'm very sorry for your loss. 58 is indeed too young to die. I hope you are able to move on, with love and pride for your mother.
A possibility is that under Impulse "VIEW" tab, you have the "Hide Non Installed Applications" option ticked. If so, uncheck it and see if that corrects the problem.
If you're perfect even a little bit of the time, you are one step ahead of me. [e digicons][/e]
"Bon a petite" !! If you need a break from pulling boners, you may want to bone up on the French! [e digicons]:omg:[/e]
I could not get it to run on my Vista/32 system. Program just kept closing. I gave up. But it runs fine on my Win7/32 system.
Squarepegger - maybe computers are just your round hole?
Thanks for the head's-up! This will be handy.
I have been happy with MSE, except an anomaly on little netbooks my wife and I each have for travel. Once the automatic update has run, it leaves its image on the desktop (sort of an artifact image). And on a netbook, that is about 50% of the desktop. To clear the image, I have to right click and refresh the screen, at which time the image disappears instantly. It seems odd that it would occur on 2 machines. Having said that, the program does effectively block the occasional malware/viru
Thanks, I didn't get it and didn't see it in the main WB gallery. Got it now!
