What would be nice is a tutorial like there is for Windowblinds. One that can be downloaded in PDF file for handy reference. As a novice it seems that DX is much simpler than WIndowblinds and making a help file would not be an overwhelming task for someone that knows all the functions. Do I see a volunteer in the back of the room?

That help page was very interesting but didn't have the answer I need. Is there an indepth tutorial anywhere? One specific question is what does command executed do and when is it used. This is not described in that tutorial.

A skin showing the making of a skin would be a good idea. SImiliar to the inside your computer theme. or A skin showing the backside of graphics instead of the front. Ever wonder what the other side of the buttons and toolbars looked like?

I don't use Object dock so I don't know about any setting for startup but you might want to drag it in the start folder in the start menu. Text editor is like notepad or wordpad or scribblepad.

FWIW I narrowed down the problem to the area of the chevron. Seems they are not skinning and causing the areas around them to mess up.

Quick question. Can a virus be transmitted through a newsgroup like it can an email? Or Is there any way to receive newsgroups using Outlook. Not OE but Office Outlook. The group keeps reverting to OE and I hate OE.

Thobbers go in the webblinds folder in a folder of the throbber name. C:\Program Files\Object Desktop\WebBlinds\Balls If the throbber is double foldered it won't show Example: C:\Program Files\Object Desktop\WebBlinds\Balls\Balls

See there. That explains a lot. I have installed every version that has been released and none worked right and I was beginning to imagine that the final release would be the same. However, SkinStudio is not final yet and every version that is released keeps getting better and better. I was hoping wb would be like that also.

There will never be any other fuel driven car other than fossil fuel. The money/oil mongers will not allow that and they control every govt in the world. There will be prototypes built just to have the facade that they want a change for the better but nothing will ever come from them.
