Win 10 Black Screen at Boot Up

Are there "shortcuts" on the keyboard to shut down my PC safely when my screen goes black and shuts itself off??
EVGA isn't sure it's their video card - tried a couple drivers etc...
I know it has to be the video card but in the meantime I have no way to shut down that I know.
HELP
I did a Complete full scan with my NORTON yesterday morn and I have lost passwords and cookies and the music player is goofey but I have had no probs for 24 hrs now!
I have been getting the Crash/Black screen again... Noticed it DOES NOT HAPPEN unless Im on the net WTF!
I thought mind was gone but got a black screen at boot last night
My video card is what is screwing up.. Spent an hour with tech at Nvidia .. I fixed it myself I must've got a newbie over there I gave up on him .Its running but we'll see
This is ridiculous.. Only crashes while I have the INTERNET on .. NO ONE can figure it out, Getting ready to buy a new Desktop already and I know thats crazy
Since I updated Win10 to version 1809 NO Black Screens on my Desktop Boots.
I think it was a MS issue that 1809 so far is working good for all things that I do .
