Okay, here's what you do for this game: You have to "ban" the person who posted above you for an outrageous, silly, or funny reason. Got it?
Banned because the joke is broken. Biologically, that's a beautiful picture of 'less being more.' The big puffy one is a reproductive failure because its seeds were too sticky to fly away. The bare one is the winner, in selfish gene terms anyway.
Banned because the picture does not define which one represents less and which one represents more. The joke still stands.

Actually, he's not being postmodern. In a mathematical theorem, you have to clarify what your terms mean, assuming they are not constants. He just wants to know what is a and what is b.

Too much certainty leads to what you have stated. Not enough leads to being tossed about with no direction.
