Is it too late to pre-order too get into the beta? Birthdays coming up so I ran into cash and would love to be apart of it. Will it tell me when I pre-order if it's full or not?

Also, is there any update on when the beta is, is it still set for this month or has it been pushed back?

Yeah, but he submitted his resignation no later than the time that the tentative schedule was posted, so they already knew about that. Plus he was working with the new Lead Designer for months beforehand.

Oh I didn't realize they knew for so long.

Either way, nothing we can do will make them release the beta earlier, its in their hands.

As long as its from their website your suppose to be able to get into the beta.

Also they said there would be a limited on the number of pre-orders allowed into the beta.
But they havn't announced its been full yet.

But if you think about it, why would they?
If they announce the beta is full everyone will stop pre-ordering. So who knows if its still open or closed but I'm pretty sure the beta isn't full yet. So make sure you pre-order from stardocks website.

I also purchased the box for 59.99 rather than the digital download only. I'm pretty sure you get both a download and you'll also get the retail box + game shipped to you as well.

So I just preordered as well - is there anything you need to do to get into the beta? Or will you just be contacted by mail when the time is there, as long as you've preordered??

Unfortunatly I can't preorder due to a bug in the store page so I have to do it using mail. I hope I'll be able to be in the beta.

When you insert your cretit card information, the year of expiration never goes up over 2014 so if your credit card expire from 2015 and above your order cannot be completed.
However I have reported the bug and they now know so they'll fix it soon I think.

I'm pretty sure there hasn't been a cut off date released yet, or preorders haven't met "full" on beta. I'm in the same situation- I'm going to preorder in the next few days (heck, even today) i just want to make sure i get in the beta also ;)
