PhoeniXLegenda you need to take a liitle step back, relax, look at work, its not bad.   

The next thing you need to do is complete you WinCustomize home page. That way when it doesn't make it to the main gallery it can posted in your personal one.   

But really befor i reupload it was 4 stars. And then get 2! Its not for me, i'm not in children's garden to suffer it. And its only couse i write wrong post, really it must be BIG JOKE.



Can i know name of this mod that make it?

The ratings are made up from the users.  By deleting your original wall you lost all those ratings.  So now you have to wait for new (or returning) people to rate it.  Different people may rate differently and your rating might be higher or lower.Typically that is not done.  :)  You can be sure that the moderators are fair and balanced.

I'm not surprised it got put on your personal page! You should consider yourself lucky to have gotten your wall on the gallery page in the first place (many don't).

This may seem a bit harsh, but many people have submitted wallpapers only to have them put on their personal pages. Those that get accepted into the main gallery should not abuse their position.

A different moderator may have rated your walls.  It happens to everyone.  It's not a big deal.  The more people that rate teh more it balances out in the long run.

I've seen the admin discussion section associated with your wallpaper (all items have an area for comments by admins).  I've also seen the ratings by the initial moderator on both the deleted and the current version, as well as subsequent ratings by users.  There was no malice.  No one was mad.  It wasn't a grudge or a punishment.  It just simply was the opinion of the moderation team that the wallpaper be made personal-page only. 

That it was originally placed on the main gallery was actually an error.  Deleting it and reuploading it to keep it on the front page brought that error to light and we corrected it on the new upload.

But Zubas seriously, you really think my wall was only for 2 stars?

I am sure it happend couse of 1 special person. Pls just say me who was it. I really work hard on my wallpapers and already get 1 more with space but i will not post more here if it will be not fixed. I know it can come in main gallery after 1 week but its to kiddy for me.

I trust the moderators and community to rate as thy see fit and know that over time, the ratings make sense.

My personal tastes don't play a role in my moderation and don't in other mods either.  Most of us have seen too many walls to get that involved when rating. 

Phoenix, take a deep breath bud. Look at this objectively. You can either; a) continue making walls and posting them on this site, or b) just quit uploading them here (like you are threatening to do).

If you keep making good walls, then you will get put in the gallery at some point. If you quit, then you won't really know how good your walls are.

As for a moderator having a personal grudge against you...well...I doubt that seriously.

It's really up to you, but stick around. Do more walls. You have some good stuff, bud. Most walls go to personal pages anyway......

No.  The mods have put it where they think it should be.  reuploading it will not change that.

You would be better off to learn from this wall and move on to your next.  Or . . if you are happy with wall and this style continue to make them this way.  You may become popular for it.  At the least, you will have somethign you like (which is the best kind of skin).   :D 

Reuploading will NOT help.  THe fact that it was public on the first upload was the mistake.  Placing it to your personal page was the CORRECT action.  Uploading it again will not change this.

If i break rule with reupload it befor and now its only on my personal-page (that i dont have) then its fine, dunno why other can make it....

During that when I draw me inspires that other people can see my works. But when no one will see it i lost all inspires. In other words i work all night for nothing. It was then my last work gl hf all.

Phoenix your taking it way to hard... Most artists have had things rejected, especially in the wallpapers section. Skin for you, keep plugging at it and in time, you will possibly see your works start going in to the main gallery.

you know almost every Wallpapers makers here has or had some wallpapers send to their Personal pages. Me the first i've only 10/33 walls in the main gallery and only one when i didn't have direct access (Journeyman don't pass trough moderation)

I don't see how some of the cut and paste crappy ass fan art that makes into the main gallery can even hold a candle to his wall. They would put some freakin cut and paste of Spiderman (or half the Marvel Universe for that matter..and WHY? because it's good art-BUT it's done by someone elses hand!) or a black wall with a corporate logo pasted on it in the main gallery but not his wall?!?! Even some of the cheesy cut and paste Christmas wallpapers don't come close to this, and they are 'busier' and much more 'distracting' in trying to get icons to work on them. Artistic merit aside, his wall is usable compared to some of the stuff that gets through. There is thought and talent in what this guy has made. Hell, half of my stuff should have never seen the main gallery if you compare it to this wall.

Sometimes the mods confuse the hell out of me.

I like the wall. A lot. I'll actually use it. There are some skins and icons that wall will go great with. On that note..I want to see more of his work. I want to see it here. Phoenix, don't give up. This is a good community to display your talents. Personally, I think that wall is worth whining over a little. But that's me.

Phoneix, if your inspiration comes from the adulation and praise of others, your approach is flawed and you would have been disappointed one way or another. This is because no matter how great you are at your art, you'll eventually create something people will think is not as great as you seem to think it is. Not every artwork you create will be front-page news, and that's a good thing.

Take a look at the examples of some of the top artists on WC. They're unassuming and modest about their work and will be glad with whatever response they get from the general WC audience and will take it as blessing.
My advice is find an alternative source of inspiration to fuel your motivation to create artwork. Do it for the love of the art itself... not for the praise and adulation of others.

Personally, I thought your wall was nice and shows your potential as an artist. It makes me look forward to seeing what you come up with next.
The only other piece of advice I'd offer is not to forget about widescreen resolution users.

personally, i think he was lucky it wasn't rejected completely since he pulled that little stunt of deleting the first submission of the wall and uploading it again because it had cycled off the first page of the wall library. there! i've said my 2 cents and i'll be leaving now.
