Now that is a very banner. Great job. But people should already have banners on their sites for the love of the game and community not for monetary reward.

On a side note I signed up for the "store" front thing since I was thinking of putting it on my domains to pimp all SD products when it first came on-line and I'll be damned if I can figure out what to do with it - coding is not my thing.

The Galactic Empire is a more structured clan than most. We take organization and rank more seriously than most other clans. That said, our clan atmosphere is friendly and relaxed.

Players who choose to join us tend to be militaristic and have a healthy desire to win. However, they are also willing to learn and help other members increase their skills as well. We are very much about improving our clan community.

Pardon if I've missed it, but is there any consolidated location where I could see what the major gametimes for these clans are? Personally I'm interested in Euro primetime clans.

Sadly enough we are that organized yet. The GE clan is but not the general community. Things are going slow on the ClansofSin.com development due to patch testing and other stuff.

Well, for the most part the clans are all East Coast American time, sorry.

We (TFL) have a solid european group so we plan to play on GMT times . Our USA group has it's planning , but on the weekends we try to plan events so the east coast guys have a late afternoon game with the late night europeans . Best to post on our forums with your in game nickname and we'll keep an eye out for you or even try messaging you on Xfire or something when we go online .

We've had these guys challenge the GE, but we've never seen them yet online. From what I read here, HuntingX seems to think that an informal skirmish game should count as some kind of official clan vs clan game win. Damn, if it worked like that, our win list would be close to a hundred...;p

Just so you understand HuntingX, official clan versus clan games are all that get posted in this topic. They are the wins that count, because traditionally each clan will field their best players.

Still, it is clear that eZ clan really want a challenge. Alright HuntingX, we will take you up on your challenge.

How about we meet in ICO on Wednesday night at 7:30pm EST. Be sure to put your eZ clan tag in front of your names so we know who you are when you show up.

We waited over an hour, while your GE players gathered up what they considered their "strong" players (according to Haeso anyway). It wasn't informal in the least.

I think it's hilarious that you're trying to remove the stain from your record, but hey, if you want to only remember your "wins," be my guest. It's still pathetic though.

As para pointed out, simply playing a game doesn't meant much -- though I will admit, defeating Third and Lament is impressive. It doesn't change the fact that I don't see you online (lack of clan tag, probably...) and there is zero activity on your forum thread, and you have no "own" forums. Thats not enough to cut it.

We hang out on IRC, and we don't wear tags. Does that make us any less of a clan? The results speak for themselves.

As the GE Emperor, I am the only one who can give the approval for official clan versus clan games (check out our clan rank description). All I am saying is that this wasn't an official game.

I am not at all pissed that you beat some of my guys. In fact, I am EXTREMELY pleased. We've been looking for a clan that can provide a challenge, and you guys might be the only other clan to provide that challenge so far. If you guys beat some of my guys, then this is great news!

Now, how about that challenge on Wednesday at 7:30pm? You up for our absolute best? We will make it a 5v5 on a huge random map. If you can't show with that many guys, it's not a problem. We will reduce the number to whatever you can manage.

Oh, and yes this will be an official game.

Format will be 3v3. There are no balanced 4v4 maps in my opinion. Do you want pirates on or not? All settings will be on fast (I hope no objections there).

It's up to you which map you want. We were thinking Entanglement or Foreign invasion.

Lol, sorry about that, yes EST is correct. A 3v3 will be fine. Settings on Fast will be fine as well.

As for the map, we will agree to your Entanglement proposal.

It might not make you less of a clan, but it does make you less visible. Less recognizeable.

They would likely be more effective recruiting if they had clan tags, but it certainly has no effect on their skill level.

The lack of Clan Tags makes them less visible, which translates to being less recognizeable. So no one knows they exist... whereas when GE lines up for a game, people tend to notice it.
