I agree with everything paxx said. While to most of you 20 or 50 dollars isn't a big deal, but to some of us spending that much money on something you don't need is wasteful. sure, you can say we pay for a computer and internet which isn't totally a necessity, but for kids in high school you really do almost need a computer with internet access and for someone like me who's learning programming and graphic design for a future career. I can understand a nag screen or something

I think the reason people don't use it is because there are other programs out there that will do what themebar does plus a lot more. WebBlinds and Windowblinds are just couple of examples. It loooks like a nice little prog, but it just doesn't have the options others do.

click the "about" link in the upper right of the page and then scroll down to "WinCustomize User Classes" It's a bit out of date, but it still gives a general explination. I wouldn't worry too much about the ratings either. Like DaWebMassa said a lot of times the peer rating and the number of people who like the skin are totally different.

I totally agree. I personally can't rate skins (bummer) but I do try to leave comments simply because I love it when others leave comments on my stuff. I know there have been many threads concerning this, but they haven't really helped the situation... I will try to comment more whenever I drop by the site, and if i ever get important enough I will definitely rate skins too btw - is there a way f
