Go to WindowBlinds configuration (with winblinds running double slick the icon next to your system clock in the taskbar) On the left hand side there will be picture of a globe and gear labled "System". click it. check the box "automatically run on startup"

For most sites, whoever pays the bills should be aloud to make the rules. However in a site such as WinCusto there are many people who contribute to the site yet they don’t “pay the bills”. I too am deeply saddened and pray for the victims every night, however peace isn't the answer, I think. Look at other countries that have terrorist attacks day after day.
