I think some of this lies in the hands of the parents, It is our job to teach our children how to behave, then when we send our kids to school they should have to maintain the same behavor as if they were at home. If you let the children get away with bad behavior your basically tellin them that its ok to act that way. I would freak ifn it happend to one of my kids.. right now my kids are dealing with some older kids at a bus stop they have to pass on their way to school, so I called the school (both my kids school and the school where the kids at the bus stop attend), and apparenlty its not their problem, both schools told me I have to call the police.. I always thought if it was happening at a bus stop it was the schools obligation to deal with it, or at least make an effort to, granted its not physical abus

I think it seems kinda stupid to ban the videos during the day when most of the kids who they are trying to "protect" will be in school and have no buisness sitting at home watching MTV in the first place..
