Flickering in windowsblinds 5 in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

Now that I've got this up and running I have been messing around with these new skins. The only issue I have found so far is that the window for selecting a package in IconPackager the programs is constanytly flickering. Ive hunted around and this doesnt have with any other programs except for MatLab while running a process, and that is not only much less pronounced but happened from time to time beforehand. I'm having the same sort of problem as Last Triarii, everything appears to be installed correctly but not matter what, no skin is applied. I've uninstalled and reinstalled severl times and the only thing ive managed to due is change the color of the window borders, but it is still in classic view.
