Hi I wounder why the developers can't just remake games like moo,mom? They remake movies all the time why can't they just remake our favorite video games? I know a mom remake just update the ai graphics would sell a 1000s of copies yet they try things like elemental...I guess it will be a ok game once they finish it but wont ever be as good a mom! They don't even have to call it mom no need to buy the licence just change the names of specific spells most of the

The one thing I find about simtex and a lesser extent Civ & smac is that the AI has personality. It is one thing lacking in stardock games. While it is better technically it lacks the feel of the older games. I find the mom ai more fun to play against while they might make some stupid mistakes they have character! Please add some personality to your ais!

After reading the this board i started getting nestalgec about MOM so i dug out my old disk. After jumping a few hoops to figure out dosbox to get it going and going gack looking at the old graphics i started enjoying this game again. Six hours past like nothing! god why can't they make new games this good ;) Ok brad get to work ;) DO improve the AI do improve the graphics altough you don't have to make it 3D. One thing I would like is bombs In moo 2 I would have a fleet of bombers park it over a planet bomb it flat then move a colony ship in. I useally play a low g race great at space combat but not good a ground stuff so i don't bother also lets me devlope the colony the way i want. And if I cant keep it destroys a base from where I could be atacked from.
