I too am having problems with a wildly flickering mouse over effect which did not happen before. Transparency slider slightly to the right does work a treat in curing this!

Hi Frogboy, you mentioned trying some of the rival docks if we thought objectdock was buggy. Well, I did this a while ago and no other product does the job as well as Objectdock, it is a brilliant program and I had no trouble with version 1.0 Free at all. As mentioned in my previous post I am definately experiencing a bug with the latest free version and am concerned that this exists in the plus version also. I think with the next released version you will have the best Dock out there - it is a
I'd just like to say that I too am concerned that this is still a beta product. I like the new features for the plus version and it is definately at the right price point but I will wait for a proper release before purchasing, as there have been a few people raising issues with it and the free version contains a bad bug which I am worried features in the plus version(clicks passing through all my windows onto the dock beneath and activating icons when the dock is set to stay at the bottom). Pictoratus is correct, it is indeed going through all my windows that are on top of Objectdock and activating the icon underneath (which is set to always stay at bottom). This is obviously a major pain in the arse when using maximised windows. To add further confusion there has been the odd occasion when it doesn't do this. It will always activate an icon through all windows when I first run Objectdock. Then if i fiddle with the settings - ie change it to a different method, ok it, and then chan
I was wondering if anyone else has had a problem with a setting in Objectdock. I have set my dock to always stay at the bottom and I have it positioned at the top of the screen. When I minimise a window it launches the icon at the end of my dock, even though the setting to keep it to the bottom is definately active. I had no trouble with this on previous versions. The new version was installed straight over the old if this is any help (other new features work fine). Any help would be ap
I believe there are 2 versions of it. One is a docklet (version 1.0)to be installed within the Object Dock directory as normal - this has to be paid for at about 9 euro's. The version I have is 2.8 and I think it was from a time when this program was freeware. This 2.8 version is an .exe, so you shortcut to it and then use the arguments to load an .ini file which contains the menu configuaration and also the skin .ini. These ini's are created either with the packaged Menu Editor program or can b
Thanks for enlightening me on the costs of running this site Frogboy, and I have to say, I don't envy the guys who foot the bill for it all!
I'm surprised that any site can cost that much to run, but I am clueless in such matters - is it really that expensive to run a site such as this? Or is that a bit of over enthusiastic exageration? Anyway, this is a great site, certainly the best I have found. Whilst I don't have a subscription I do enjoy contributing my stuff to the site.
cheers!!!
where is the link on this site to e-mail Wincustomise admin. I followed one I found in the uploading section but it just lead me back to the home page. One of my icons has been ripped off and posted on this site after being downloaded from skinbase.org. thanks and sorry for being stupid. dogfacedboy
