I tought I've done a fresh install of WB7 (after all, I had to reformat my disk to upgrade from XP-32 to 7-64), but now that you told me I've found on my skin list a couple (Cycolps, DogmaX4) that I'm quite sure I've manually downoload in the past. I used the Microsotft utility to transfer settings from the old install to the new one, maybe it moved the skin backups and that Impulse/WB7 found them when I reinstalled? If so, how can I tell if a skin is a WB7/Win7 "certified" fr

I've just done a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate, and just put in some programs and Impulse, then got Windowblinds 7 and enabled my favorite skin, MOLTEN. In some programs. like Firefox 3.5.6 the file dialog does not appear at all. Functions like the "save link as..." or "open file..." don't show anything. When I tried to go to the Windowblinds interface to tell WB7 not to skin firefox.exe in order to check if it was indeed the skinning the source of the problem, I noticed
I have the same kind of problems, and I had them since WB5. While I use a pretty plain FF (no extra extensions or themes, latest stable version 1.5.0.3) I have noticed the problems are different according to the WB skin: Low occurence with Avenger, Medium with Aura, High with Cyclops. I suppose the fact that the latter two have the "start" button overlapping the application area can be part of the problem (but probably not the only cause).
Hi, Afrer upgrading to WB5 (and trying out Aura skin) both my preferred movie viewers, VLC (both 0.8.2 and 0.8.4) and Cyberlink PowerDVD became unable to play videos, apparently due to problems creating a video port. VLC reproduces audio but with a grey screen, and PowerDVD hung trying to open the video file or the DVD. If I unload WB5, both programs work correctly again. I've looked in the forum but I haven't found others with the same
I appreciated very much the introduction of a Rainlendar section in the Wincustomize Library, but Stardock Central still doesn't show it... even if the Rainlendar skins are listed in the library update process. Stardock Central was updated at least twice since the introduction of the Rainlendar section, why can't I see it yet? Is it a common problem or is my installation broken? Thank you a lot <i
