jark, the title bar can be set to a more traditional layout with the min, max, and close in the upper right.

very nice. not my style, but i got it anyway because it quite simply is the most polished package i've seen yet, and that includes pixtudios other stuff, IMO (i can actually read the taskbar and the clock, which is unusual for a pixtudio skin, esp. for the otherwise great treetog skins. lemee guess - alexandrie had a hand in the taksbar?). a logon and cursorXP package would have been the cheeries and nuts on top. i don't use OB, so i can't comment on that, but the icons, wallpaper, DX stuff, a
joy. now get WB4 onto OD, please.
i'll say it again: halloween is the lamest holiday ever. where's the arbor day theme?
meesa needs me neowin backie! i must have visited that site at least 5 times a day for tech news, game news, the forums, the monthly desktops and a half dozen other reasons. i hope they can work something out. next to wincustomize, i'd be willing to pay far a yearly membership. ok, that may be going too far, but i'd definitely consider it. lance p.s. halloween is the goofiest - scratch that - lamest holiday ever.
object desktop lite? what the....? i could have used this a long time ago. i'm pretty much just an icon packager and windowblinds guy. oh yeah, congrats to pixtudio!
i'm somewhat underwhelmed. i'm sorry, i was expecting something a little more polished than what looks to be some recoloring of XP Charcoal with some smatterings of XP Cobalt here and there. granted, that's just my opinion - and i'm nobody in the skinning world other than an enthusiasist - but this is the first time i've ever been moved to make such a comment. i don't use object bar, so i can't really comment on that. addressing the WB skin: alexandrie is an exceptional s
where can i download the new version. shouldn''t it be as simple as a download link for subscribers instead of dancing through hoops?
it's never worked for me...always get some sort of error about wbui.dll not being able to be registered. then it says to reinstall. if i had dime for everytime i reinstalled WB, i'd be rich. bollocks, i say...multi-user isn't that important. as long as it works for me, that's fine.
please, oh please, when will the left task pane in windows explorer be able to be "skinned". i know how it's seperate from the rest of the skinnable parts of the OS and all that jazz...i'm just want to know when that part will be customizable without a hack. to me, the fact that it defaults to the "unskinned" (or whatever it is) version is the biggest drawback WB has got going for it. yes, yes...it's not WB's fault, it's MS, but i've gotta believe the good folks at stardock can come up with a
me thinks this is going to be mighty popular.
