Thanks for the help. Right after I made the post here, I remembered Win11 still had the OG control panel, and I was able to remove it from there. It just was a throw-off when the uninstall.exe didn't run by itself at all.

If it can not be resolved, is there any way to turn off Start 11 (v2) and turn back to the normal Windows Explorer taskbar? So that I can just delete the prog
