i know how to fix the last question now but still cannot fix the first 2 questions (wallpaper and cursors)

how do you set the windowblind wallpaper? it didn't set the wallpaper when i apply the themes. how to skin the cursors with windowblind? another question is when i minimize or maximize the window boxes...it doesn't look smooth like default. i have the registered version of windowblind 4.2 thanks
