Can 1.11 be applied to current games, using the 1.10A.073 version, without causing problems or will a restart be required? Thanks.

Not sure if these are bugs or not: The I-League was willing to trade their last system to me to stop our war. That doesn't seem right as they are now gone from the game. I tried to move a combat ship into that newly owned system, but I get a message every turn that there is a Drengin freighter there and if I want to move into orbit I have to declare war on them. Playing with the latest patch.
Great work. Thanks!
If we only start with one then it's my mistake. I could have sworn we started with two?! Thanks for the clarification.
Yes Ray you're clear and thanks for taking the time to reply but that is not what I see. There is no 4. showing. Just three routes and 7 blanks.
Thanks Ray but I may not have phrased the question well. The Trade tab currently shows that I have three trade routes in use and the rest of the area is blank. I can click on the blank lines to count that there are seven remaining. What it does not show me is that I could have one more trade route in operation now at my current tech level because I have researched two routes in addition to the two I started with. IOW I am currently using three out of a possible four routes. What I was hopin
Did a search but don't see any answer to this question: I'm a hundred turns or more into my current game and have forgotten how many techs I've researched that add trade routes. Is there any way to know how many trade routes I can set up without going manually through the tech archives to count them up? Thanks.
"This isn't related to the patch: it's always been there. The numbers are chosen randomly, and occasionally things do get mixed up a bit because of it." Thanks for the clarification. The randomness does make for some easy choices though. ;)
Playing with the latest patch. There is a planetary colonization event that has odd percentages. It's the one where you encounter a stone age race and only the polar caps are available for colonizing. The "good" choice is -3% to productivity. However the "neutral" choice is -7%. Seems backwards to me.
Not sure if this has already been reported. Playing with the latest patch and the United Planets voted to force all empires to use Imperial government for the next two years. The next turn I completed researching Republic and was able to change my government to it. I know that because we immediately had a vote.
