I've just applied the patch 3.9 and now I've passed the dread of turn 189 ! Yeahhh !!! Turn 200 and continuing, thanks a lot of the fix !

I don't know what it is, it was only my third game. The only custom parameters for this game was : custom civilization I created, AI civilizations from the workshop picked up randomly (startreck, etc.), and no technology exchanges.

I can't see any error message.
