One day while I was rushing thru my before work surfing. I saw a Dashboard skin for Pixtudio... When I got back from work it was gone! It has now been more then a week and its not back online. Are you updating it or is it something else? I would like to have it. <A HREF="https://www.wincustomize.com

If you use Windows XP it is possible to accomplish this. Right click on My Computer chose properties, then the advanced tab, under the heading Performance chose Settings in the Visual Effects box scroll down to the second last item it should be called "use drop shadows for icon labels on desktop" check this box and apply the new setting. Hope this helps unfortunately I don't believe this is possible with other operating systems with out third party software. §tatic <img src=

wouldn't that be nice... consider buying a Linux or Mac box... your talking about way more then just skins, you are talking about hacking into the windows kernal to make changes like that... I would recommend talking to Pixtudio http://www.pixtudio.com/ they have the best skinners on payroll their job is creating entire skinning suites but don't hold out hope for removing all windows references...

Sorry to reopen this question but I too have wondered about rating... or even seeing the rating of other skins? I am a level 3 user through the purchase of stardock products however I am unable to rate or even see ratings other then the ratings on my skins. Thank you for any info that you can give. §tatic. :Hot: I Quote the following from wincustomize's subscription info: On WinCustomize there are 4 levels of users: Level 1: Visitor.

If you feel the need to ask that question then even you feel that it might be wrong not to credit your inspiration. Not only should you credit the author I believe you should ask the original author if he or she approves of your use of their image. §tatic... <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" borde
