I've done some testing and found the exact trigger that breaks this conversation. If you go to Theta Lynx and talk to Kaleigh the Kzanti that is orbiting Theta Lynx II you have 3 possible options. Discontinue conversation, give 10,000 RU, or give Pink Lorris Egg. If discontinue the conversation you will have the normal dialogue options with Urin (ie. be able to leave the convo). If you give either 10,000 RU or the Pink Lorris Egg it breaks Urin's conversation options and you will not

I'm on my third play through of the Star Control: Origins campaign and I am experiencing a new bug (most likely introduced with the last update).
