Odin Artillery? in Ashes of the Singularity AshesoftheSingularity Forums

What happened to the Odin Artillery? The Escalation release post says it's supposed to be an upgrade to the Artillery Post but I don't see anything called Odin Artillery in the game. The Oblivion upgrade is there just not the Odin upgrade.
