Windows Explorer crashes because of Fences in Fences Stardock Forums

After installing Fences 3.03 on Windows 10, every time while showing the desktop (by using Win+D or pressing show desktop button), Windows explorer crashes and then restarts. We could observe the desktop is re-drawn and sometime there will be a dialog saying Fences cannot be loaded.
