To me it is quite clear according to theese videos that stardock is the aggressors and in a NOT so Nice Way try to smash anything in their Way with a Big tank on the road.
Watching those 2 videos from the lawyer, it seems like stardock is in big trouble making that lawsuit, and only has the right to the name. Brad wardell himself stating numerous times that Fred and Paul owned the ip. The secon video makes it a whole lot clearer. But watch the video for yourself. Its very interesting.
If you read their blog, it seems pretty clear that brad and stardock is not trying to reach a settlement, and has prior asked for permission to renew a license from fred and paul. Why would brad ask for a new license if fred and paul didnt own it? I suspect there are something that isnt quite right here, im afraid. Yes, i have done all that, and installed starcontrol origins fleet battle beta. it occurs in my steam library. when i press play it starts a new program where i can see starcontrol and a big gren install button on the screen. i press that and i get a new message where it says i shall put this new code in under properties/beta starcontrol origin fleet battle and choose closed beta from the drop down menu. i put the key in and it says access code c
I have got my steam key and installed the game, but when i press play in steam i get to starcontrol, where it says i have to install. wich i did and there i get new key to put in ind beta properties in starcontrol in steam. i get the correct code but when i try to press the drop down menu in beta there is nothing but it says, none opt out of all beta programs. and i cant change it even though it checked the right key. now what? every
