Is it possible to play an insane size map with only 8 gigs of Ram?

How many max players/races on an insane map is safe to use, when limited to 8 gigs of Ram? Also, I have a PHENOM 2 Quad core running at 4Ghz, and a R9 270 with 2gb Ram video card.

I have 8 gigs of memory, whats the largest map size that will work with 8 gigs? I have an SSD, will a large page file combined with an SSD be helpful?
