I don't think this has been reported yet, but I recently visited http://www.kazaalite.com and their server pages appear to be using graphics from Pixtudio's UniverseMetal suite. I don't think that they have sought permission to use their graphics, and there doesn't appear to be any recognition of the original authors either.
