Reply to [Tutorial] Placing Mods in Sins Modding Sins Forums

I have followed the install directions posted in the files readme and i have watched the how to install sins mods video that is on moddb but when i start sins its just the vanilla game and the Mod is not starting up. Not sure if i installed it wrong or what but I'm looking for some help with this. Oh and this is on Steam.
