When I access the internet via inexplorer ie while in my document folder, the scroolbar is skinned, but when I double click IE6 it does not. Even in the configuration for windowblinds it says skin scrollbar except explorer, that sucks. ! I wish my $50 would allow me to skin whatever I wish. I mostly use the MSN explorer. Why must I have the same flat boring scrollbar in Internet Explorer? Is there a way to fix that?
