I added Search, was then able to then rearrange icons, removed Search and could rearrange icons after removal. Not sure if that will work after a Windows reboot.

I added the Search function and was able to rearrange my taskbar icons. After removing the Search function I was still able to rearrange icons. Not sure if that temporary change will last after a reboot. This was on a new laptop, first time user of Start11. Very pleased overall.

I also have this problem in not being able to rearrange icons in the taskbar.
