Thanks for the reply PRHMro! I haven't continued on with the mission yet since I'm kinda hoping for an update that will give me an option to tell Agent 71 where the Syndicate headquarters is at (because you were told to keep it a secret after being told). Otherwise, if I talk to Agent 71 now, the only two dialogue options I have is "still working on it" and "Actually, we're just going to kill you now." So yea, it's just kind of a one way street now...

I have the regular MSN weather app for 8.1 too and if I try to open it, it will try to load but just freezes up in the end. I can dual boot to a Windows 8.0 installation on my computer and if I try to open the weather app there (same default app), nothing will happen (it doesn't even try to load). It's just a tile on my start menu now. Hmm...
Umm... Fuine? You're not one of those Star Control 2 fanboys are you? Sure Origins has a few things it can improve upon, but all in all, it's playing like a fun, laughable and enjoyable game to me. I'm getting that "I'll check out this one last star system before I set down the controller for the day" feeling about this game, yet I end up exploring another two after that. Don't you have that feeling too? The inner urge to keep playing :) Having that feeling makes this ga
Here's a handful I can think of at the moment: 1. Tajor 2. Chea A9 3. Ranor 5 4. Razden 5. Yamma 14 6. Thaymar 7. Surris Prime 8. Igar Prime 9. Gilhad Alpha
Frogboy, this game is sounding more and more promising every day!! I love how the game's universe will be getting more content (missions, quests, adventures, planets, ect...) for many years after release. Keeping things fresh, exciting, and the replay value high [e digicons]B)[/e] [e digicons]:D[/e] I don't know if you've ever played the game Spore? It's by EA, and the expansion "Galactic Adventures" is an expansion that really brought a smile on my face! [e digicons]
Ooh this is looking tasty!! Can't wait to see what's new! [e digicons]:w00t:[/e] [e digicons]:star:[/e]
Ok, now that I'm thinking about it, I do have a question. Will Star Control Origins give the player a sense of urgency like it was in Star Control 2? Like how you have all those solar systems out there to explore, you visit aliens, even write down coordinates to a star system you were told about in game that may contain a hidden secret or two, but while you're doing that, you would still know that if you don't complete your main objective in time, then you lose big time. You never saw a timer
I'm kinda wondering about Melian's third question; I had posted a reply in another thread here on the forums, changed my avatar in my profile, but that post didn't show my updated avatar. I'm mainly making this post to see if it would show in future postings.... ...Or was that beside your point Melian? If so, ignore this post; I just want to see if my avatar updated for newer posts.
Hey Brad. I'd be happy to give feedback on the adventure game. Tap me in! I've been following the forums here since November 2017 when I picked up the super melee beta, and that alone has some serious potential. Can't wait until I can play and mod the full game! [e digicons]|-)[/e]
