That did it! Thanks. Everyone says you are the man here, and I agree. Many thanks. I was a former membr, dropped my subscription, but you made me an offer to return that I could not refuse. Sorry about the duplicate account. I assume it will work on WinCustomize. I will find out soon. Again, all the thanks in the world, Brian

I need help, I have put in two tickets already, but no answers so far. I just bought OD, and while I got the receipt for the order, I do not see the order online, and OD Manager sees no software to download, none listed online either. Is there something I can do to refresh my OD subscription? Thanks, Brian
Garcia is WAY too high, should be last on that list. Move McNabb up. RB: You missed completely the #2 back: Clinton Portis. Ahman too high, LT and Deuce (not Duce who shouldn't be there) too low. Anthony Thomas is a bum, will not be starting by the 3rd game. Michael Bennett is out for the season. WR Tim Brown is 3rd best on his own team this year, replace him with Jerry Porter (or at least Jerry Rice). Jimmy Smith is suspended 4 games. Moulds is WAY too low. TE, is there some reason why #1 Jer
MikeB, you're right, because double-clicking the icon takes you to weather.com. But no matter what zip code I put in, it just keeps saying "Retrieving Weather Information..." without updating it. I am behind a corporate firewall, I suspect that is what might be the problem. I will find out tonight at my home computer, see if it works there. <A HREF="https://www.wincustomize.
I really like the docklets concept, but the default weather docklet does not work for me, I don't know why. Is there a way to adjust its connection properties in any way? Love the rotating globe. ObjectDock and Windowblinds are the two progs I use the most from Stardock. And I use ObjectBar to create my own task bar and running tasks bar (not in love with ODock's method, too much real estate, even thought I do like the new "attention" effects, besides just the bouncing icon.)
Sorry, couldn't resist. I just have to jump in to say: "Bite me Trebeck, Oh Hohohoho"
I agree with paxx, after the first shot and all are gone. 0 remain after you shoot the 7 (assuming you did it with one shotgun blast).
So I assume you need to assign them manually, one sound at a time, using Skin Studio? Is there a way to re-assign without using SS? I do have the "Use SKin Sounds" option set on in WB, but I also assume that most of the skins I download do not come with their own sound schemes. It would be nice to deal with them as a single unit, like a DesktopX theme or IconPackager theme, and separate so I could mix and match sounds and skins. Not a bad idea for another library type here. Anybody k
Just a thought to point out, in hopes that Stardock might pick up and do some development. Prior to any advanced eye candy software like Windowblinds, I used the Windows Desktop Themes Control Panel app to change the look of my desktop and avoid monotony. The one nice thing about Desktop Themes is that there is a separate sound scheme associated with each theme, and some of the sound schemes were really great, and there was/is a great variety of useful, interesting schemes out there. I am a CursorXPPlus owner. Is there a "Whatsnew.txt" file for this version, or anywhere on the Stardock site that lists what has been added for v1.2?
I had tickets to see the Who on Jul 27th, now probably not. Probably the best beginning bass line in rock: "Can you see the real me, can ya, CAN YA?" then cue Entwhistle's bass. Who fans will have it running through their minds all day now. Heaven's Rock Band just keeps getting better and better.
Essorant (Tim), Your Devoir skin is still my all time favorite, hope your break blows new winds into your sails, and you come back refreshed. In any event, thanks for your creativity. Rael
Newest OB from ODNET (1.2) supports .tga files in WB imports. And if you have a OB XP style start button and try to import a WB skins that does not support XP, you can get some STRANGE results....
I'm not sure when this was added to ObjectBar, but it has been a feature for quite a while, at least since when I bought OD at the beginning of 2002. If your point is that Stardock never said anything about this feature, I don't think I agree. If you go to the Objectbar Documentation on Stardock's site, https://www.stardock.com/products/objectbar/docs/ go to Chapter 3 ( Skinning Object bar the easy way ), which is all about importing existing Windowblinds skins into OB.
Frogboy, Don't miss the second point of that message "....And if you are such a professional web site you will purchase software licenses from someone who offers to sell to you by posting a message on your message board.". What better way to identify a good software vendor!
Hey Fuzzy Logic, (interesting name for someone discussing creativity) Haven't you hit the "originality" wall that all people who undertake creative endevours eventually run smack into? I am a musician and feel the same way about music. Really hasn't been anything "original" in rock-n-roll since Elvis and Chuck Berry ripped and warped the styles of Ray Charles, Little Richard, and the whole 40's-50's R&B sound. Still doesn't stop people from putting out good music, no matter how un-orig
Just to clarify, in my Logika ObjectBar theme, the "More Programs" is an ObjectBar section, not a folder. The section Properties has the "Arrangements" tab, which has the "Allow Multiple Columns" setting. The "More Programs" section contains a folder called "All Programs" which actually shows the list of programs from the Windows Start menu. The folder does not have the "Allow Multiple Columns" option.
Yes "Allow mulitiple colums" does affect the Programs List. Just got into my Logika XP Object Bar Start menu, and in the "More Programs" section under the "Arrangement" tab is the setting. I just switched it on, and voila, got a muliple column program listing (which I personally prefer over the vertically scrolling list).
I really enjoy the Logika themes for WB, DesktopX and ObjectBar. I checked my personal WB skins list and adni beats out Treetog as my fav artist.
Raistlin, Not looking to get on a soapbox (which means I probably will), but you yourself used the reference "shareware", perhaps you should look it up. It is not defined as "freeware", it is defined as "use this software first, and if you are using it regularly, you can purchase it, otherwise stop using it." If you are that skin-happy, you should do the right thing and pay for the software you are obviously using so much and with such satisfaction. IMHO, WC and Stardock are just trying t
Hyphen, Thanks, tells me everything I need to know. Guess I should have been able to find it for myself... Appreciated, Rael
GreenReaper, QUESTION. I have an ODNT subscription, what does "unlimited access" to skin library mean? What do I see that non-ODNT people do not see? I usually use OD and WC at work, where the OD Component Manager will not work through my corporation's firewall, and so I doubt the SkinBrowser will either. I am trying to gauge what I get at WC by default (non-WC subscriber/non-ODNT), what extra I get as an ODNT subscriber, and what I would additionally get as a WC subscriber besid
Seems faster to this lurker. I like the subtle changes, like all comments below a single skin entry. Doreen, I definitely can see your kissy face icon in the message regarding woody treetog. Very cute.
Take a look at your link to Winamp. It has one too many 't's in HTTP (it say HTTTP), so the link is invalid.
